The game is provided under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

• Gems and cosmetic items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for club money, transferred or refunded except as required by law or Apple's policies.
• Cheating, multi-accounting, real-money trading of accounts or players, and abusive chat are not allowed and may lead to suspension.
• During beta testing, game data may be reset.
