Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Matchwinner: Soccer Manager (“the game”, “we”) collects and how it is used.
Data we collect
- Sign in with Apple: a stable user identifier issued by Apple and, if you choose to share it, your email address (which may be an Apple private relay address). We do not receive your Apple ID password.
- Game data: your manager and club profile (name, gender used for the coach voice and wording, crest, kit), squads, tactics, finances, match results, friends list and achievements.
- Chat messages you post in league chat, stored so other players in your league can read them and for moderation.
- Purchases: in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We receive the transaction information Apple provides to verify and deliver the items; we never see your payment details.
- Anti-cheat signals: to prevent multi-account transfer abuse we store a one-way hash of the network address and device identifier used for transfers. The raw values are not stored.
- Push notification token if you allow notifications.
What we don't do
- No advertising, no ad tracking, no selling or sharing of personal data with data brokers.
- No third-party analytics SDKs.
How data is used
Only to run the game: accounts, matches, leagues, chat, friends, purchases, fair-play protection and support.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on our servers in the European Union. Game data is kept while your account exists. Backups are kept for up to 14 days.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and all associated game data at any time in the game (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by emailing support@matchwinnergame.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days, including backups.
Children
The game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
